The sawmill produces 15,000,000 board feet of hardwood lumber annually with 70 percent being sold domestically and 30 percent exported.  Recently, RLC has started producing 5/4 heavy pine.  The mill has 7' McDonough bandmill followed by USNR gang saw.  Dry kiln capacity is 310,000 board feet and lumber is dressed with a Newman 382 planner.  RLC inventories about 4 million board feet of air dried lumber and about 1 million board feet of kiln dried lumber.
